crazy danish immigration part II
wahahhhahah!! i finally laid my hands on that re-entry visa! or rather, yes, the kind people at the danish immigration have finally concluded that i am just a little harmless singaporean who sincerely wants to do some sightseeing before he departs for home...
went down to the police station earlier, and here's what went on between me and the entire department...
me:" is it true that with this re-entry permit, i won't be able to go to any of Schengen states?"
guy who processed my permit:" yes..."
me:" what if i don't need a visa to enter these states in the first place??"
guy:"....... **blank look**"
lady at the counter **decided to come and help this poor little bugger**:" yes, this visa only allows you to go back to singapore for holidays and then return to denmark... you cannot go to other schengen countries..."
me:" but i don't need any additional visa to visit any Schengen states **protesting**"
lady:" what kind of passport do you have?"
poor helpless guy:" singapore passport..."
**finally after a good 5-10 seconds of silence**
lady:" alright, if you don't need a visa, then you can go... remember this visa is only for denmark..."
WAHHAHAHHAHA!!! i've won!!!!!!!!

what is schengen states?
haha... shiok!!! finally, you can travel till u drop and then come back to singapore! but that means that if i go to europe next yr, you wun be there!!! sobsob!!
schengen states = mainly EU countries which have an agreement that will waive their respective visa requirement if one has a schengen visa i.e. you can enter these countries with just one visa... but we have singapore passport, so we dont need such a visa in the first place...
huisin ah, you finally decided to step foot into europe? ha~ i dont think that you will need me here to show you around lor... =p
and it's really easy to move around in europe... okok, sometimes you will encounter some communication problems, but generally speaking, one should manage somehow... =)
