expensive?

QUESTION: how do you know something is REALLY expensive??

ANS: when you walk into a store and the staff there comment to themselves: huh?! one top so expensive meh?!

went to timberlands (alright, i have to admit that stuff there is really expensive in the first place), saw this jacket that i like a lot... enquired about the price and was horrified that it cost like 300 bucks for just a jacket...
initially the staff specifically told me that the jacket will include another inner piece (so it's 2 tops for 299), so after lots of deliberation i finally decided to splurge on that top; who knows? another staff (pitied the initial guy; poor thing, he was so embarrassed) later informed me that he made a mistake and the truth was that 2 tops = 299bucks x 2...!!

that's when i heard the "huh!? one top so expensive meh!?"
